Paddington Court Hotel is a friendly, efficient and clean hotel. The standard of decor in the rooms was of 4* standard but the size was very small.

The stay at the Paddington Court Hotel was really lovely. The only qualm I had was that getting in touch with reception, did not work through the in-room phone. However, the service was fast and the people were friendly. Therefore, the overall stay was great

All basic comforts provided but room extremely small and not as anticipated for a four star hotel. However, disappointment with room was less of a problem than the fact that sleep was distrubed by laundry van delivery/collection under window during the night

Good location. Close to underground. Rooms renovated well. Some beds were a little soft and saggy. Good staff and willing to assist. Difficulty at first to find due to name being "Best Western Shaftesbury Paddington Court Hotel".
