The hotel was in a good location, close to Hyde Park and it was good value for money. The room was clean but there seemed to be a problem with the heating and the room was extremely hot! Breakfast was fairly average and for what I paid I would stay here again.

The room at Orchard Hotel was clean and big enough, but there was some noise (ventilator or something else) all the time. Breakfast was modest but nice with toasted bread and freshly boiled eggs. Good price and quality balance

Very convenient for Paddington Station. Adequate. Comfortable, clean room, but hot and stuffy and traffic noise meant a sleepless night. A room at the back might be quieter. No tea and coffee in room, but it is available in a small downstairs lounge. Information stated a continental breakfast so the simple breakfast provided was what we expected

Excellent. Thank you very much for everything - the atmosphere, the service, the cleanliness and the position of the hotel. It all helped to make a perfect holiday

Clean room, new bathroom, nice but very small and badly designed. Comfy beds fine for one night. Close to tube, ideal base for exploring London. Continental breakfast included. Staff friendly and helpful
