New Pembury Hotel

Good London hotel, close to Finsbury Tube Station and is only 10 mins from Oxford street and 1 minute from Arsenal. Rooms are quite small but do the job for sleeping. Can hear a lot of noise from the room I was staying in, i.e. doors banging and people on stairs. Staff is friendly

The New Pembury Hotel makes no pretence at being anything it is not, which makes it a reassuringly cheap place to stay in a fairly central location in our capital city. We used it as a base for both a concert at Alexandra Palace and a day spent wandering around central London. The room was small but very clean, had basic tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed. The shower in the en-suite was fantastic - a massive shower head and lots of hot water! You will need to bring a bottle or glass for water since the hotel doesn't provide that, and the heating is turned up to such an extent that you will otherwise entirely dessicate overnight! Overall - I'd book the New Pembury Hotel again. Very good value for money and super friendly and helpful staff

For the price, it's not too bad. I stayed here two nights, and I wouldnt recommend staying here any longer. It was quite noisy next to the road, and I was supplied with only one pillow. However, the room was tidy, there was a television with a fair few channels. Breakfast, basic, although it is breakfast all the same! Would recommend for short trips to London, close to city centre, so if you're planning on coming back late and just want somewhere to crash, New Pembury Hotel is ideal

Quite central area, room always clean, staff helpful,the only poor thing was B'Fast but that's ok cause there's plenty of places where to get a decent b'fast in the area. Would definitely stay there again
