Well located, great price for London. Clean tidy rooms, friendly staff. Would definitely stop there again and recommend Nayland Hotel London to people

The staff at the Nayland Hotel were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-maintained, apart from the bathroom fans, which didn't work in 2 of our rooms (we had 2 singles and 2 doubles). The space was used with great efficiency. I was glad I am not any larger, as the bathroom was very compact, but very clean with a good shower, which was nice and hot. The breakfast was adequate, with a nice cup of tea. The breakfast-room furniture was a little tightly packed and it was hard to get to your chair

Nayland Hotel is in a good location with pleasant staff who allowed me to check in early and called me to ensure heater was working. I could not get TV working and there were no instructions to help.
