Our stay at Nayland Hotel London was excellent and we will certanly stay again. Room was lovely (would of been nice to have had tea/coffee plus kettle), bathroom and shower excellent. People very good, hotel spotlessly clean. Breakfast good. Will use again
Very clean comfortable room, however our curtains were falling off and needing stitching. A wee bit disappointed with breakfast which was adequate. Staff polite and helpful
