At my first trip to London I stayed for four days at the Majestic Hotel. All in all I was satisfied with hotel. The value for money relationship is very good for London. The service is friendly. The continental breakfast was very simple. The underground connection is perfect. The nearest station is not far away. I can only recommend the hotel for individuals and couples

Excellent price and location, a bit shabby but what I would have liked to have seen was a hospitality tray, the only complaint I would have really. But all over, a good cheap hotel for a mini break

Very good - more than you would expect from a hotel which is so cheap and in such a good area

Basic hotel, clean and tidy and worth the money paid. Nice friendly staff. I would stay there again-would be better if they provided kettle and brewing stuff though

You get what you pay for. This hotel is fairly cheap for London, so do not expect Premier Travel Inn standards. The bed linen and towels were clean, staff friendly, great location for Albert Hall. Hotel in need of major redecoration and modernisation. All said, ok for 1 nights stay. English breakfast was also nice and tasty

Position was perfect, very central and near to Hyde Park and some museums. The building is quite old, but the rooms are tidy and clean. The private bathroom is very small, but it's clean and there's hot water. The continental breakfast is satisfaying and included in the price

My stay at the Majestic Hotel was very pleasant. Only 4-5 minutes from Earls Court Station or Gloucester Road. The hotel is perfect for getting to Piccadily Circus fast. Being on the Picadilly Line makes it also perfect for those, ariving at Heathrow, because they won't have to change trains to get there. The receptionists were alwways very friendly. The room was ok - not big, but I have seen much smaller. The bathroom was fine too. They were cleaning the rooms and changing the towels daily. It was an old building, which definitely needs some work done, but for this price and the location, its just the right hotel, where you want to spend your nights, while visiting London! Also a big plus - a big Sainsbury is just a minute away. I would recommend it or sleep there if visiting London again!

Absolutely disgusted, tried to be moved, not possible. Since complained and no reply, no aftercare! dirty sheets, filty carpets - dirty bath. I cried when realised I had 3 nites stay here. Staff rude and just a very very bad experience

Clean rooms. Clean toilet/shower. Towels, toilet paper all provided. Hot and cold running water. Portable t.v. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Decor, fittings, doors, carpets paintings in poor condition, pretty tatty really. English breakfast a tad expensive (but hey its London) Could do with a lick of paint inside and out. Late night Sainsburys next door, which is handy.

Room was very small. Staff were friendly though. OK breakfast, could have offered more variety.
