Great no-frills guest house in Acton. It’s cheap and it’s got a great vibe. Everyone seems in a good mood. My room was clean, bathroom was fine and clean. If I need to come to this part of town again then this place gets first dibs on my cash

This is the first time I've been to London so I was very lost as in how to get to places etc until I booked this London hotel and spoke to the manager. Nothing was to much hassle for him from booking us taxi's to Getting us prices of taxi firms How to get picked up also gave us a number to ring to pick us back up to bring us home I can't thank him enough made my stay very warm and welcome. I stayed here with 3 of my mates we had a bunk bed a large bed and a single all in one room I thought it mite of been a bit cramped but the rooms were very tidy very clean comfy beds shower was brilliant. The parking on site is very tight but once again the manager moved his car to get mine in very thoughtful I thought, I arrived 2 hours before I was supposed to book in but I left early trying to beat a bit of traffic. I explained this to the manager of the hotel and again it wasn't too much trouble he understood and told me my room was ready anyway. My one and only downside was the road outside is quite busy all day and night if you need windows open it can keep you awake if you're a light sleeper like I am. That was my only negative but out of everything I'd book London Guest House Acton again just because of the way the staff and management made me feel

We had a twin room wat London Guest House Acton with own bathroom which were both newly refurbished, clean and cosy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They also do the flight check-in for you and print your online tickets at no additional charge. WiFi had a strong connection. The hotel has a good location. There is a bus (No. 266) in front of the hotel taking you in 5 minutes to North Acton tube station and from there, the central line takes you in about 20 minutes to Oxford Circus, so I would say that for London, it was quite central. The breakfast was good, I was surprised that there was no ham or salami, but maybe this is not part of what they call continental breakfast in England. All in all, very recommendable nice hotel to stay

Good room, good bed, clean and cosy, bathroom good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. So we would come back to London Guest House Acton again. Breakfast was ok, but no more than that

I stayed at London Guest House Acton very recently to accommodate a trip to London as myself and a friend were going to the theatre. Ideally, I would have liked to stay in Central London, but the prices were way above our budget so we opted for an out of town guest house instead. Whilst the rooms may have been considered a little small by some, I found my room cosy and perfectly suited to my needs. It was clean, safe, spacious and had the obligatory television (which is much needed in my eyes). The price for staying here was reasonable and included continental breakfast, and the staff were also really warm, welcoming and helpful. The 266 bus route was very handy for travelling between North Acton station and the guest house, and the underground into central London was only about a 20 minute journey which was absolutely fine for me. If you want glitz and glamour, then central London will probably be more suited to you. However, if you're looking to save a few pennies then this little guest house is spot on

Really easy to find the guest house. Bed was very creaky and room could do with a lick of paint. Guests upstairs were noisy and we didn't know what time breakfast was
