Based on previous ratings I was looking forward to staying in this place but was very disappointed just 5 minutes upon arrival. The single room was very very tiny, very noisy during the night (you can hear someone else toilet water going down) plus in both mornings the cleaning staff were screaming (talking very loud) and being very noisy. Not the best place if you had a big night out and need to sleep after 9am. Other hotel occupants quite rude as well by slamming doors and being very loud. On the other hand it's too far away from the tube, you still have to spend a fare on the bus and walk with you bags, not nice! I'm not staying in this hotel again, that's for sure

Very nice hotel, the staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms are very and tidy, the breakfast was great with an assortment of cereals, juices and muffins, will definitely be staying there on my next trip to London.

The hotel is very clean. Everything was ok, as it was described. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. The location was quiet. The room was for 3 people a little bit small, but it was big enough for sleeping.

the hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was small but had all that we need: comfortabel beds, clean sheets, towels,a tele, kettle and a very good shower. We were a little surprised with the long distance between the hotel and Acton town tube station but it was all worth it.

The best B&B hotel in Acton and not only. Very good location, friendly owners. Very clean. The reception during the night is slow. Very good in overall.

This was just what I was looking for. A good clean welcoming, comfortable hotel. If that is also what you are looking for then look no further. The room was very clean and comfortable, they even had free Wi-Fi. Bathroom was modern and clean. The staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. I can't fault the London Guest House and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Me and 3 friends just stayed here last night, for the money we paid we got excellent value!! The room was spacious, clean and the staff were extremely friendly. They made our stay even more pleasant with their friendly welcome and willingness to help us. Would definitely recommend it for a hotel in the Wembley area...12 quid by cab to the stadium!!!

Excellent place! Good sized, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Will sure return and also recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay for one or a couple of nights!

We were very pleased with our stay at London Guest House. The room was a good size and very clean. Nice breakfast room and very efficient and friendly service. We would certainly book this hotel again.
