Room was clean tidy and had all the facilities advertised. I arrived at 11pm and the reception was manned. Would say again

The rooms were clean, but VERY HOT! The windows were on a safety catch, so could not be opened more. There was a group of foreign visitors who persisted in drinking many bottles of beer and shouting about outside our windows, deep into the night, despite my asking for quiet. In the end, I had to threaten to call the Police. We were there to compete in an important race next morning. Our stay was hot, noisy, and restless. The kitchen was not equipped with sufficient cleaning equipment, which made it difficult to wash up properly. The receptionist said that there had been trouble with the other guests before. All round. Potentially a great economical site, but spoilt for by others, and extreme discomfort from overheating! This severely affected the participation and enjoyment of the next day. I have a photograph of the drinkers on my telephone. We should not have to pay for this discomfort

Good value for money. Had an excellent stay. Within great distance of the town, and very short drive or bus ride to Chessington World of Adventures. Excellent for taking your own food to cook, but also great for if you want to eat out. Right on the Thames River, and easy parking

Room was clean and reasonable. Kitchen area was good, basic cooking utensils and crockery. Need to supply washing up liquid etc, if they want people to clean up. Cons: didn't empty the bin in kitchen for days, got very smelly

Kingston Upon Thames Budget Rooms is a nice place. The price is cheap. All staffs are polite. Facilities including bathroom, shower and internet are all good in quality. It just takes 10 minutes and 20 minutes on foot to town centre of Surbiton and Kingston, where many malls and stores provide variety of choices for shopping and many historic sites are worth visiting. In addition, the sightseeing of Thames River is fantastic; you can really enjoy walk and jogging on the riverside. Initially I registered for 6 days, finally I extended my stay for a total of one month. A minor flaw was someone taking a child of aged 2-3, her crying really made a lot noise sometimes, and the living quality was moderately disturbed. I strongly suggest the web site discourage those who have very young kids to such silent budget London rooms. Fortunately, it was present only for a couple of days, and I still give a high score to this place. I will recommend this site to my friends, and next time I will come again if I have a chance to go back to London
