Clean sheets and a sink in room with tea/coffee making facilities. No warm water for the shower though so don't plan on a long stay unless you don't mind a cold shower

our stay at kings cross budget rooms was totally ok.the beds were clean which was important for us.the shower was not that nice but it was ok for the few days we stayed there.especially the price and the location were great.it was great to have wireless for free.

Very basic. The location is its best selling point. Quite clean though the blankets need a good wash. Staff friendly. Will stay again probably

For the price, I couldn't have asked for any more from Kings Cross Budget Rooms. Great location, friendly staff, good speed wireless internet, quiet rooms, no problem coming back late at night, good quality shower. Yes it's basic, but for the price it's 5*. Would definitely book Kings Cross Budget Rooms again

Stayed in the quad room, the only one they had which was in the basement. The musty stench was really intense in the room. Airing it did not help much and it was hard to sleep with the smell. Bathroom looked quite worn out with a few bugs here & there. Fortunately the bed linen & towels were clean. No air-con though the staff gave us a fan upon request.

The sheets were clean, bed was comfortable and it was close to the city and Kings Cross Station. That aside, budget is exactly what you got. Not complaining because I booked last minute and needed it to be cheap.

Kings Cross Budget Rooms offered good value for money. Room was clean, cosy and had a few extras - tea/coffee making facilities, towels etc - though the shower room looked a bit worn in places, it worked perfectly. Staff were very friendly and helpful - would stay again

Stayed at Kings Cross Budget Rooms twice. 3 minute walk from Kings Cross and ideal for gigs at the Scala. 5 minute walk from Euston, ideal for weekend stay to put your head down. Would use again

Very basic and 2 minute walk from Kings Cross.
