Great budget accommodation. I would stay at Kings Hall again as it was good value for money and just what I needed during my stay in London.

Kings Hall
Kings Hall provides inexpensive London accommodation for your stay in the capital. These rooms are ideal for travellers visiting the capital on a budget and all bedrooms have a washbasin, desk area and storage space, as well as sharing a communal kitchen. You will also find an ample amount of shared bathroom facilities and there is also a coin-operated laundry and a lounge on site for guests’ use. A tasty breakfast is included in the nightly rate and served in the Hall’s refectory.
Kings Hall is on situated on a tree lined street in zone 2 of London. The halls are located near Ruskin Park, which was awarded the Green Flag for the first time in 2009. A short drive away is Dulwich Picture Gallery and the Horniman Museum, which has a range of fascinating exhibits. Kings Hall is located in a leafy area of south-east London. There is plenty to see and do in the local area including visiting attractions such as the Dulwich Picture Gallery and the Horniman Museum. You’ll also find the Imperial War Museum and St Giles Church close by, and if you’re lucky you could catch a match of cricket at the Oval Cricket Ground. For access to other famous London attractions such as Buckingham Palace and Oxford Street you can use Denmark Hill Station.

- The closest station to Kings Hall is Denmark Hill, where you can get trains to Victoria and London Bridge.
- On Foot:
- Exit Denmark Hill Station onto Champion Park Grove. Turn right and then turn left onto Denmark Hill. Continue along this road until you come to Champion Hill on the left. Turn here and you will come to Kings Hall.

The room was basic Hall of Residence which was expected, rooms where serviced every day. The breakfast was basic and enjoyable and staff friendly. The security has problems had £10.00 taken from my room and gangs shouting outside the room, also using public transport is problem two buses from central London, and the locals can be abusive, The porting staff somes can be rude about the guest in their hearing.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Kings Hall, given the price that I paid for a single room that also comes with breakfast. The hostel, being about 5 minutes away from the main Denmark Hill station made it very easy to move around with any train. My room was tidy even though there were a lot of cub-webs in the toilets. I did enjoy my stay at the Kings Hall hostel.

I was really happy with the room and the facilities and the breakfasts. The reception and office staff were alway really nice and helpful too. The only downside was some people slamming doors late at night (after midnight) and the toilets were out of order for the last few days of my stay. I was happy with the overall experience and would recommend Kings Hall to others
