Kilvey Reviews
Based on 2 Hotel ReviewsFor the price paid for the room, it was in good condition. Breakfast was very nice.
First, the compliment: everyone we worked with was very kind. Next the complaints: we were disappointed by the cleanliness of our room and of the shared bath upon our arrival. Both floors were dirty, and the sink in our room was not clean. Also, the second bed was not ready, there were no towels for either of us. After our request, the bed was promptly pulled out, and sheets and towels were brought. It took over 5 days, however, for the shared bath to be cleaned. On top of that, we had to endure paint fumes, noisy painters, and even noisier construction outside our window. We were frustrated by limited access to the laundry facilities.
