Beautifully clean if basic hotel near to tube station. Friendly, helpful staff. Was grateful for the drinks machine but would the provision of a kettle in the room be possible?

Good location, 5 minutes walk to the underground station of West Kensington. Quality/Price good. The room was basic and clean. Small bathroom but clean. If there are any suggestions this might be on the curtains which were very cheap and nasty. Use thicker curtains please. In the end it is a nice hotel.

Kensington West was very nice, cosy room for budget customer and clean. However the location is quite far from the underground station. Anyway I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
