Brilliant location for zipping around the West End. Friendly reception. My small room meant I couldn't open my suitcase up and put my clothes out which was a bit annoying. Bathroom was equally small too.

This hotel is great for the price I paid. It is very central, fairly close to the tube station and walking distance to Londons top attractions. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking for a cheap and cheerful place to stay in central London.

I know it’s a cheap hotel but stayed in others similar and it’s not terrible but not overly impressed. Curtains didn't actually cover all of window (to keep light out), no plug in sink, hardly got a word out of staff-certainly no offers of help/advice/how, where to travel to. Have found staff elsewhere much friendlier. Breakfast was fairly grim-luke warm sausages and manky scrambled eggs, choice of two cereals-wow! Thought it was close to Victoria but a good walk and nearest tube is actually Pimlico.
