Hotel and room very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel is next door to tube, so handy for nipping into central London (we could not hear the trains either which we were initially concerned about). The area surrounding the hotel is not the best, but no problem if you are literally using it as a base. Would definitely stay here again as the rates are so reasonable

My stay even though it was for one night was lovely... the room was very clean and fresh. My room felt nice and cosy. I enjoyed the continental breakfast but wished a Full English breakfast was on offer. The staff was really friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much of a problem. This hotel is ideally situated within a few minutes walk from North Acton tube station and can easily be reached via the Central Line. Very well priced for a nice hotel in London :-)

We would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern and within easy access to the centre of London. We would have no hesitation is staying here again
