The room could have been cleaner. The shared bathroom was fairly new and clean though.

Heathrow Lodge is very simple and humble. However for the price I paid was much better that I expected to be. It was clean and the room had good size. I just needed a bed close to heathrow and I god a good one.

The first room was below standard, small and the shower had a leak. The second room was much better roomier and pleasant except there was no internet. Excellent service. Overall worth what you pay for.

We needed an inexpensive place near Heathrow to stay for the night, so the Heathrow Lodge filled the bill - it was fine. The free shuttle was a great service too! Small room, small bathroom, huge closet -- what's up with that??? My one real complaint was the lack of lighting. Come on folks, would it really cost you to put real wattage bulbs in the ceiling fixture, or a lamp on the desk?

On the whole just what was required. Although on arrival and departure staff were extremely pressed and there was a wait, they were helpful when it was 'our turn'. The underneath of the telephone table could have been cleaner!

An excellent place to stay if on a budget, or needing a place near Heathrow. Staff was very helpful in getting us to and from the airport and giving directions. Rooms are sparsely furnished, but very clean.

The room was small and basic but clean and quiet. Check-in was easy and the free van to and from the airport was great. There are two pubs with decent food within walking distance. This is a good deal for budget accomodation.
