Goldsmiths House Reviews
If you are looking for a 5* hotel, this cheap London accommodation is definitely not for you. Otherwise it has a good location, quiet place, nice garden, fridge and kitchen cupboard spaces allocated for each room, big kitchen and dining room, more than enough space for all the residents. Clean and tidy room, nice to have a sink there, but no mirror available. All in all, really good balance money-to-quality
The location should be good, but quite difficult to find after dark. The guy at reception was a bit full of himself rather than customer focused...not the best person to have in a place full of women. Room was very basic and bed very uncomfortable...showers not too clean. In general the place is not well looked after but there are lots of nasty notices around suggesting the staff try to blame the residents for their poor service levels
We enjoyed our stay at Goldsmiths House. The staff has been very helpful and we liked the self-catering system. A little sad that the maintenance seems a little behind (toilet flush was old, hand-dryer did not work.)But for a few days it was ok
Very nice and good place compared to its price. Also the location of Goldsmiths House is very helpful being near to the centre. The only disadvantages were that the room was very small and the staff were not so helpful
