With its fountain bedecked entrance, columned exterior wall, and impressive façade, you could easily mistake Euro Lodge Clapham for being a really expensive and lavish hotel. Fortunately for you its not; it offers very reasonably priced single, double, twin, triple, and quad rooms overlooking the lush greenery of Clapham Common. Each room has the luxury of an ensuite bathroom and a range of facilities including a hairdryer, television and tea and coffee making facilities for you to make use of.

As you would expect from a cheap hotel there isn’t a list of guest facilities as long as your arm, but if you’re focusing on saving a great deal of your money for eating out, going to bars and seeing as many of London’s hot spots as you can then this won’t bother you at all. Euro Lodge Clapham won’t let you starve though as breakfast is supplied in the dining area at its sister hotel just up the road, Euro Hotel Clapham; just ask the friendly reception staff for directions when you arrive. |

You will find plenty to do in Clapham itself, without even venturing on a tube. Just across the road from Euro Lodge Clapham is Clapham Common, home to numerous music events during the summer and a popular place for kites, rollerblading, and relaxing on the green. If you love cricket the famous Oval cricket grounds are just a few stops away via bus or tube where you could catch the local team Surrey play or watch the Test match if you are coming to London in late August or early September. |

The hotel was clean, in good position and near tube and bus stations. However, the water pressure was very low which made showering almost impossible. The floors were old and very noisy so we heard every move of our neighbours

Cheap it may be, to say you get what you pay for is a understatement, looks OK from outside but it is a shed inside, my room was horrible plus you cant park anywhere, never again.

Clean room with a good shower in the private bathroom. The lodge is in an excellent location and had friendly staff. The room was slighly small and wasnt what I thought it would be from the pictures, but for the price I think it was very fair and I would happily stay again!

The people in this hotel are very friendly. Rooms are clean, singles are small and basic, doubles are much bigger. Showers are not that good! Breakfast is cereal and toast. However, this is a budget hotel in a gorgeous area. Lounge and eating area are lovely and offer space in the eve to use wireless for free. Ideal for the traveller on a budget. I gave it 3/5 simply because it is a budget hotel!!!

Good hotel, close to the tube station, polite and helpful staff, clean beds, quite large and clean bathroom - no lift, we had to take our luggage to the third floor by ourselves. No wardrobe or hangers so no place where to put your clothes, no hair-dryer in the room
