Everything was satisfactory for the price apart from the bedsprings in the bed that made it uncomfortable and the towels that looked rather grimy. Location to tube is good plus the fact that there is a 24 hr desk service
We had a different room this year and it was on the ground floor. The room was lovely and clean, the only thing that let it down was the lack of heating in the bathroom. It was freezing in there. Apart from that no problems; friendly, helpful staff and Euro Hotel Clapham is within easy reach of the tube
With the price that I paid for the room I was not expecting what I found. It was spotlessley clean, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was enjoyable, the bed was comfortable and the room was warm. Yes the breakfast only consisted of toast and cereal, there was also tea and coffee and juice and the toast was freshly cooked so was warm and you get proper butter not horrible spread, a big plus in my book. It is very near the tube station. I would definitely stay here again, thank you Euro Hotel Clapham for a fantastic 3 nights
A group of 4 girls stayed at the Euro Lodge in Clapham, right next door to Euro Hotel. It was clean and rooms were big and plenty of mirrors to get ready. For the money you will not find anything better for a bed for the night!!
Globally we can say that we are satisfied. What we consider that can be improved: 1.The breakfast could be more diversified 2.The internet connection could be better (when most of the customers want to connect to the internet, mainly in the evening, the connection gets lost) 3. If there were some hooks on the doors in the room and in the bathroom, that would be better for managing our clothes.
