Good location near the Royal Mile, easy to get to from Waverley train station, comfortable bed, typical university dorm setting, can be busy with shared bathrooms. Nice to have kitchen facilities which we used every day for breakfast. Reasonable price.
We found our stay at the Euro hostel satisfactory. The room and linen were clean. The price was reasonable and location was quite central. The communal areas were a little poor with the smell of in the hallways.
Fine stay, room clean, free towel, no charge! staff where friendly, 20.deposit for any breakages, shared bath room, again clean, good Mira shower good value, please keep the costs to a minimum, as this is a major factor in booking at the university campus, the down side you can hear every door close and lock turn, plus the excessive noise from local pubs and their clients making their way through the streets. I paid 24.45 with booking fee and card charge of 3.50 think this is at its max.
Great place to stay. Clean, hospitable.
