Excellent service, rooms sparkling clean. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Fine as an airport hotel in that the little bus is frequent and so far has been totally reliable

The hotel offered leisure facilities which are important to me for swim and jacuzzi. When I went to use the pool beore dinner at 6.30pm I was advised an excercise class was starting so I thought well I will have a quick swim and relax in jacuzzi only to find jacuzzi was out of order. Then in the morning when I hoped to have a swim it was closed! Not impressed, feel I was mis-sold

The accommodation was adequate but the heating system was not functioning properly and it took two visits to reception to arrange a portable heater. The restaurant service was good as was the quality of the meals. They might want to spend a bit of money on R & M as the building is starting to look a bit "tacky". Overall however, value for the money.
