Clean, friendly hotel. Great location, 5mins walk from Victoria station. Within walking distance of attractions such as the London eye and Westminster Abbey. Only down side to the hotel was that breakfast was not served in the hotel so each morning we had to look for somewhere to eat. Our room was situated on the very top floor so we had 9 sets of stairs to walk up each day. Overall a great place to stay if your looking for location and a clean room. Friendly staff

Arrived early and was able to leave our bags while we went to explore London. The staff was lovely, cannot put a bad word to them. They answered all our questions. Location was excellent, 2 minutes from Victoria coach station. The room wasn't huge but there were 3 of us and the beds were comfy! The only down point to our room was there were no tv and the shared bathroom really needed some TLC. The cold tap in our room didn't work but everything else was clean and tidy. Overall you get what you pay for and all these bad ratings are just expecting too much for the price you pay. I would go back there if I was to come back to London
