As others said, you get what you pay for. I wasn't expecting the Hilton, but even if it's basic London accomodation, the property could use some cleaning and painting. It was fine for one night

Hi, I stayed at Tennyson House with my boyfriend and we were really surprised. Beautiful room and nice, new bathroom. We felt good there. No noise from street and not far from the underground. We were satisfied

I would recommend the TravelStay service. I've booked a single room and after 12mins I've got the response back. The host at Tennyson House was kind and helpful. Room which I booked was fair enough good for that price which I paid. Wireless internet inc. Only one thing there was no clean towels. And it's quite local about 25mins to Central London

Whilst I thought the inside and outside could have done with a general clean-up, I was very happy with my room at Tennyson House. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Cooking facilities were adequate although a frying pan would have been useful

If your looking for a room to stay for one night with is very basic, this is the place. Management were helpful and the WiFi does work.
