The B&B is very well located, between London city and Heathrow airport. Ideal for those who stop and go. The room was overheated and one night, due to rain, we had water from the ceiling on one bed. The conditions of the room are very scarce

The room was fine but as the breakfast is done by the customer in the room, my room was for me and my children, no spoons were provided and when I asked the young lady down the reception, she didn't have no idea and therefore I didn't have spoons at all. The heat was unbearable because of the heater that is on and then again you cannot turn it off from the room. I asked the receptionist and this time it was a man, but he said he has to turn off the whole heater, also, there was no toilet paper in the loo until the next day and no soap, not even a little soap. It would be a fantastic B and B if attention had been given to the place because it is close the the tube and all other things

Not very clean. Heating was so high we could't sleep with the covers and had to keep the window open. The plates they left for the breakfast wad not been cleaned and were still very greasy. Good price but not worth it if staying more than one night

This hotel is no good for people with disabilities. I am disabled and the facilities were none existent. There are a seriously set of steep steps up to the front door, and the stairs inside the hotel are very steep and narrow
