The rooms were comfortable and clean and the location was great but it really depends on who you're sharing the place with. Your stay is pretty much ruled by that - if they make a mess of the kitchen or bathroom then you gotta make do with that, but if they're alright about stuff then it's fine. Locations sweet, right in the middle of an awesome part of town and a short walk from a ton of great stuff. If you're on a budget, I'd recommend it. Cheap, cheerful and overall nice place.
