Good location. Room OK. B'fast, at 7-15 am, too late for my departure. No fire escape except main staircase. Expensive compared with Travelodge round the corner

The room was very small, 2 cots, very hard pillows, 1 kitchen chair, no counter space to put anything, had to store suitcase under the bed. Shower flooded the bathroom as there was no division between the two. It was a walk-up, no lift. The breakfast was cereal, canned fruit, toast, juice and coffee & tea. It was ok, enough to eat in the morning. The place was clean, the web photos of the bar and garden area are accurate, it was nice. Staff was friendly. Would maybe consider a very short stay again but there are numerous hotels in the area. Felt safe, the area is quite nice and it was very convenient being almost across the street the Kings Cross station. The area has lots of restaurants, take-out, small grocery stores, internet, post office, etc

This hotel is too good, great value for money. Me and my friends were so surprised of the standard. I will definitely live here whenever I come to London. Love the cosy garden and the bar as well

The room was too small for two people. A few spiderwebs! Breakfast: closing too early (9:00) all the more as service is stopped at nine precisely, so that if you arrive at 8:45, it is already too late to enjoy your breakfast

Small and with sink in the room, with minimal services, but very clean and comfortable. A pleasant surprise. Excellent for couples and for couples who like to move continuously, as in central position, just 100 meters from King's Cross, with which you can reach all parts of London without stress. Only criticism is the breakfast. Just toasted bread and jam. Really too little
