Family room noisy and bed frames squeaked badly with every movement. Given alternate quieter room with better beds 2nd night but spoilt 2day stay. Breakfast poor quality. Parking charge 18/night daylight robbery

Comfort Inn facilities were ideal for us - beds very comfortable, the (silent) ceiling fan in our room was great in the current heatwave and other room facilities, including bathroom, were very well planned. Breakfast was fine - with sufficient options. Staff helpful.

Was good. They were renovating which made it difficult to judge. I think when it's finished then it will be really swish.

The location is good, only 5minutes walk from underground. Breakfast is ok. We booked one triple room but were given a family room the first night which is noisy, dirty, and dark with a very tiny bathroom. We were lucky to change to the standard triple room the next two nights and that was much better. Overall, the hotel is ok to stay with limited budget in Central London
