The Location of the hotel was very handy for tube stations, tower bridge etc. The staff very friendly, welcoming, helpful and accomodating. The room was spacious, clean and fresh (the view of the rubbish outside wasn't great but that was not the hotels fault. The Panasia restaurant was FANTASTIC. The setting beautiful, the staff very professional and friendly and the food out of this world. I would certainly recommend this hotel and DO eat in the restaurant!

City Stay Hotel was very average, my sister and I stayed for three nights and we didn't have very comfortable sleeps, the beds were rather hard. In saying that, we loved the location, right by Brick Lane and Liverpool St tube station which was super convenient (especially for curry!). You can get around easily from Liverpool St station and the hotel is also close to Aldgate East station. So an average stay but we didn't let it spoil our trip to London

The hotel accommodation was as good as one could wish for a short stay. It was clean and very comfortable with modern decor and fittings. Good value for price paid
