Very basic, one room had no heating which the hotel were aware of but had let the room anyway, even though there were other rooms available! The breakfast was not very nice at all as the cereal was obviously very cheap, and not that nice. It was however clean

This hotel was very basic. The windows in the room did not close properly, staff were not very friendly, breakfast was just toast and cereal, you get what you pay for ...would not go back

Could not book an early breakfast but the morning staff did provide one at 7.40am as we were checking out. Very basic room and extra small bathroom but what we expected from the website photos. Very convenient to Earls Court Tube Station and shops.

Good value for money in good location with very friendly helpful staff. Don't expect luxury, in the price bracket in that location it is as good as it gets.

I was at the beginning a little bit suspicious about this hotel - had to stay there with my boyfriend - but I really should say that it was an amazing surprise, the hotel is lovely, staff really friendly, especially in the night, room was amazing and with a romantic view, of course everything perfectly clean and we also had TV with 4 or 5 channels and a huge empty fridge where you can put all your stuff! The bathroom was always hot and had everything we need. I can't wait to go back there!
