The room at Chelsea House Hotel was ok for sleeping. We stayed in a double room on the third floor. Bathroom was ok, location is perfect (5min walking to Earl's Court underground station. I can't say anything about the breakfast, we always went to a breakfast restaurant. The stuff was very friendly. Very good hotel in London for this price

Chelsea House Hotel provided outstanding service. The staff were kind, efficient and with a great sense of humour. The hotel is being restored, so there was a strong smell of paint in the building, but it looked good! I will book again! Thanks for a clean room, comfortable bed and a beautiful, safe neighbourhood, with 24/7 services for food and drink

Reasonably clean but small bedroom, no bedside table for example, though rather spoilt by noisy road traffic. Bathroom very clean and efficient. Continental breakfast entirely adequate, with very good coffee! Staff very friendly and helpful,

Chelsea House Hotel offers good value for money in good location with very friendly helpful staff.  You shouldn't expect luxury, in the price bracket in that location it is as good as it gets.

Generally ok though my friend and I am quite disappointed because we were put on the top floor so we had to go up and down the stairs fromm the 3rd floor to ground. Staff were ok, lovely on the reception desk
