Generally ok though my friend and I am quite disappointed because we were put on the top floor so we had to go up and down the stairs fromm the 3rd floor to ground. Staff were ok, lovely on the reception desk

This was my first time in London and the hotel was a good choice. The location was really good, close to the Tube station and shops. My room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming towards me. I did not find anything to complain about regarding my stay, everything was very clean and the customer service was very good. I will come back!

I stayed for 3 nights at the Chelsea House Hotel and I could not have chosen a better hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the room was a comfortable size and very clean! The tube station was a bit of a walk but there are plenty of bus stops along the way. The breakfast was ok would have preferred a full breakfast but apart from that I would stay at the Chelsea House Hotel again!

Good for the price we paid. Great location. They do need a lift though! One particular staff member could have been a little more friendly

Lovely and clean, great bathroom. Its a good distance from the tube, literally 5 mins down the road, great for getting in and around London. However it wasn't open 24 hours and we did ask when we arrived but got given conflicting information. We were late back after seeing the a show and did get locked out but the staff were very understanding and co-operative
