The receptionist was friendly and helpful when checking in, even changing my room to first floor instead of third. The room was basic but the beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower was first class. The TV was in good working order and there were enough tea and coffee sachets for refreshments. The only negative was the music coming from the pub opposite my room which was so loud my 10 year old granddaughter found it impossible to sleep even with all windows and curtains closed. The hotel should supply optional ear plugs ha

Camden Lock Hotel Reviews
Really nice hotel in London. Would definitely recommend. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast
Lovely location. Friendly staff. Nice and clean. 5GBP for full English breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more for the price at Camden Lock Hotel, thank you
From start to finish, I found all members of staff in particular Marina friendly, informative and really nice. Breakfast was fantastic in little cafe downstairs and being able to leave our luggage there prior to check-in and after departure was great. I look forward to returning to Camden Lock Hotel later in the year
Earlier this month I spent one night at Camden Lock Hotel in order to attend a wedding. I had a quiet and pleasant room at the back of the hotel and was impressed by the cleanliness and facilities it offered. The receptionists were both friendly and helpful. The Duty Receptionist on the day of my arrival had arranged for my room to be available early so that I could change ready for the wedding after travelling up from the South Coast. A cooked breakfast the following morning kept me going for the rest of the day. Another benefit is that this London hotel is opposite the Chalk Farm Tube Station and within quick and easy reach of the West End. Also it is a short walk from the well-known Camden Market
