Very nice room at Best Western Palm Hotel. Very clean, lovely friendly and helpful receptionists and chambermaids. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was basic but very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and my room was a decent size for London hotels. I found it very easy to get into Central London as the tube stop was a few minutes walk away. My booking was room only, however you can pay for breakfast directly which I did and was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. I would book the Best Western Palm hotel again if I come back to London.
