The ONLY downside to this hotel is the location, which isn’t bad, it’s just a bit far from places. Cricklewood train station is nearby but doesn’t really serve anywhere very often. The hotel however is really beautiful though. My room was massive, comfortable, spotlessly clean, modern and the pressure in the shower was fantastic (I love it when I feel like I’m being hosed down). The staff presence was good; they weren’t everywhere but there was always someone if you needed them. The wifi signal throughout is great. I would definitely book this again if I needed to be in the area. It’s not the cheapest place I’ve stayed but every penny is well spent staying here
Best Western Palm Hotel London was very clean and modern - and our room was roomy, with tasteful furnishings. Shower excellent! Drinks and room service was all very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Staff we're lovely and attentive! I decided to stay at this hotel because it was easy to get to Wembley Stadium, staff organised a taxi service for us which was extremely helpful and cheap! The sleep I had was fantastic and the room was super clean and tidy! Very impressed with this hotel and will definitely book Best Western Palm Hotel London again
The staff at Best Western Palm Hotel London were nice, enthusiastic and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and efficient. The pricing was reasonable and the service were excellent. The only thing I could complain about was the fact that the room was beside a busy road so although it was not bad at night, it was quite noisy during the day
My sister and my self (60 and 48) stayed over Friday through Saturday. Lovely warm reception after a long journey. Florin took our cases and showed us to our room which was warm and very clean. Bathroom spotless. Good shower ( which we needed) went down to bar for drink and bar snacks - a little expensive but perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds (twin) and apart from my sisters snoring I had a very good nights sleep. Nice leisurely breakfast - we chose continental which was is our preference (enough to choose from) the coffee was good enough to drink. We enjoyed our stay and I would book Best Western Palm Hotel London again in going to this side of london. We were driving and needed parking which we found right on the front of the hotel
