Great location. The room a little unusual but was spacious. Staff was nice. The room was a little cold but I will book Astor Court Hotel again
The staff on the front desk were very polite and kind. Got up to the room and it was a lot bigger than I expected. 2 rooms a kitchen and very clean. The location was very central right next to the BBC centre and at the bottom of town 5 minute walk. Overall a fantastic stay at Astor Court Hotel
We had a nice stay at Astor Court Hotel. The room was very welcoming and the bed was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, very well stocked with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and very helpful
Astor Court Hotel is a nice place. Clean. Apartment a bit weirdly set out with bathroom access through the room with the single beds. But overall, a nice place in a good location
On entry to the room my eyes focused immediately on chipped paintwork around the bathroom door and I found the whole en-suite in need of some loving care. The wash basin plug didn't do what it says although after a comment at the desk it was promptly replaced, the shower was difficult to adjust. On a very warm two nights there was not enough air in the room because the one window only opened about 75mm. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast room is cramped and the staff were rushed off their feet
