Hotel had good location, rooms were well equipped. We had an apartment on the 5th floor and the lift was very noisy, woke us up a few times through the night. Toilet was quite small. Okay for an overnight stay

Very friendly staff, were able to get into our apartment at 11am instead of 2pm which meant we could unload our cases and start to enjoy London sooner! Fantastic location (almost saw Robbie Williams coming out of Radio One's studios round the corner from the hotel but had to settle for the paparazzi instead!) and breakfast was fine - plenty to choose from. Rooms were spacious and clean - had a kitchenette but as we were only staying one night we didn't use it, but it would have been very useful if we were to stay for longer. It is an old building so there are little niggles like the lock on the toilet door didn't work and you had to go into the second bedroom to get to the toilet and bathroom but otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it
