As mentioned by the other reviewers, the rooms really are small, but they're clean, tidy, and have everything you need. It's helpful to have the small kitchenette, and the location really is great. Would definitely stay again!

Having stayed two nights at 39 Suites I would definitely stay again. The rooms were as the description, small but clean and well maintained. I would recommend to anyone, they are the nicest I have stayed and I have stayed at a few that were better starred and they were disgusting. So thank you, from booking in to booking out was excellent. Had two downfalls, I had to clean the toilet but blame the stains on hard water and whoever was in room 13 screamed and shouted both nights until early hours then started again at 7 a.m

39 suites is a nice and neat hotel which is just 2-3 minutes' walk to Queensway Station and 4 minutes walk to Bayswater Station. The room is tiny but it's still good for a couple to stay with two big luggages and there's a mini kitchen too

Hotel was in a lovely location with excellent transport links to central London. The room was very small but if only used as a place to change and sleep is great. The bathroom could have been cleaner than it was but this is my only complaint.

Stayed for 3 nights. Studios are new, small but perfectly suitable for a tourist stay. Bathroom excellent, with very large towels! Kitchenette very small and not suitable for cooking, but fine for breakfast, snacks etc . Can be noisy from other guests on occasion. Very handy for 2 tube stations into city and around. Good selection of shops nearby.
