When you first arrive in London you will need to travel on the Piccadilly tube
line and get off at Manor House Tube Station. A representative of 365 Studios
London will be there to meet you. Once you have checked in at the office they
will then escort you to your accommodation. You do not have to travel directly
to your accommodation.
365 Studios London have three distinct locations
in North London (Manor House, Turnpike Lane and Springfield Road). Once you have
settled into your accommodation you should use the following tube stations to
get around London with ease. If you are staying in Manor House the closest tube
station is Manor House on the Piccadilly Line. If you are staying in Turnpike
Lane the closest tube station is Turnpike Lane on the Piccadilly Line. If you
are staying in Springfield Road the closest tube station is Tottenham Hale which
is on the Victoria tube line

First of all, let me say that Travelstay helped me a lot in dealing with 365 Studios. I am pleased with Travelstay and will return. In addition, 365 Studios have many flats, of which I stayed in only one. Right, now the disclaimers are out of the way... my short stay with 365 Studios was not very impressive. I booked for two weeks and left after one day. My flat was in an area that looked like a dilapidated reconstruction of moss side that had been neglected by its artist for about 20 years. I felt like I had walked into an episode of Shameless. Then I didn't sleep for the whole first night, because a broken smoke alarm was beeping in the locked adjacent room, and staff refused to come and fix it because it was a Sunday. (They also made me pay £10 just for checking in on a Sunday anyway. Interestingly, somebody was available to accept that.) They almost made me feel guilty for asking - maybe I was interrupting songs of praise or something. When I phoned up in the morning, irate and half insane through lack of sleep and missing the first day of my new contract, because I needed to sort out the problem, I was told they had a no-refund policy. Great. It took the nice people at Travelstay to get in touch with 365's head office and extract my refund, while I spent 5 hours wandering round Manor Park like a hobo. Those negotiations must have been no easy task and probably qualifies them to mediate in the next round of Israel-Palestine talks. In summary, thanks Travelstay, but no thanks to 365 Studios

Friendly staff, the rooms are fairly good (although it depends a bit on which of the building you stay). Only minus point was having to relocate during my stay, but otherwise the service and organization were good.

Total value for money. In the price you get internet, clean accommodation and a very nice locality to stay. People are very helpful and perfect place for student or short term visitors to London.

Absolutely awful service, definitely not recommended to anyone! Despite previously arranging my check-in time, whilst I was on my way to London, I received a call to say that the woman in charge had decided to go home and that I would have to check in the following day, leaving me, a young woman, stranded alone overnight in London with a month's worth of luggage - not to mention the fact that I was meant to be starting a very prestigious internship the next morning at 8am! The same thing then actually happened again the following day, and I eventually had to cancel my booking, especially after speaking to the owner on the phone and finding that she couldn't remember the location of any of her properties or speak good enough English to explain what was going on!

Thanks for your email. I enjoyed very much the stay at Manor House. The building and the room are very nice, the kitchen is great to cook and there was absolutely nothing I missed! The service was excellent - all my requests were answered and solved immediate and your team is really nice and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely stay again with you as soon as I manage to come back to this great city!
