I was very impressed with this hotel. I stay in London often and while I don't like to spend too much, I do like a certain level of quality. At my age, one can't abide too much noise or disorganisation and one wants a bit of peace and quiet. It's the small things that make a difference, and Russell Court Hotel certainly delivered. The staff were friendly and courteous, always smiling and offering to help, the hotel gave the general impression of being clean (actually clean, not faux-clean) and the room was comfortable. Perhaps slightly on the small side, but this was little bother. I felt very comfortable here and could wander about Kensington as I pleased without the worry of my belongings or hotel quality (as there are in-room safes). I will certainly be booking again upon my return to London.

Loved the high ceilings and house style of building but not keen on the old carpet and it could have been a bit more quiet.
