Booking Policy for Arriva Hotel

The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of TravelStay.com. TravelStay may alter these conditions at any time.

Making a booking

It is your responsibility to review the booking details (including the total price and deposit payable) and submit accurate information when making a booking.

Modifications

It is free to modify. Modifications must be made in advance of the cancellation period to avoid the accommodation provider's late cancellation fees, and in advance of the arrival date in order to avoid the loss of the pre-payment.

Cancellations and Non-Arrivals

If you have booked the 'Free to Cancel' option then it is free to cancel before the accommodation's late cancellation period. This will result in a refund of your deposit payment (less any already issued cash-back).
If you cancel within the late cancellation period, or do not arrive, your deposit is forfeited and the accommodation may charge for the first night. Late cancellation period starts: 24 hours before check in time (2.00pm) on your date of arrival.
Under exceptional circumstances (such as during extremely busy dates, for multiple room bookings, or if the customers contact details are invalid) the accommodation may need to protect against the loss of a late cancellation fee by pre-authorising for the first night’s stay prior to arrival.
To protect from the possibility of a non-arrival, Arriva Hotel may pre-authorise the first night of your stay.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Modifications:
Modifications are only possible if this is an addition of nights or rooms. This involves making an additional separate booking for these rooms/nights.
If you need to reduce the number of nights or number of rooms, unfortunately this would involve:
- Cancelling your original booking, with the loss of your original payment for this booking.
- Making a new booking.

Cancellations:
Cancellations and non-arrivals result in the loss of your full payment of your Non-Refundable Offer.

Check In / Check Out

The terms and conditions of the accommodation provider will apply to you from check-in, or in the case of non-arrival.

Check in from: 14:00 GMT
Check out by: 11:00 GMT

You will need to have some form of photographic ID (passport, driver’s license or Identity Card) at the time of Check-In.

Children Policy

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over 18 in the room.
FREE for all children under 3 years of age using existing beds.
Extra rollaway beds/cots are not available.

Use of the TravelStay website

In addition to these terms, TravelStay Terms and Conditions of business shall apply to all accommodation bookings made through TravelStay.com.
