Building, location and facilities at Via Limehouse okay, as described in their adverts. Get what you pay for. Staff were polite. Cleaned regularly. Problem was their sudden change of rules during the middle of my stay to a 28 day maximum policy which cut short my planned stay. That was unexpected and caused inconvenience to myself and some others who were doing no harm
My stay at Via Limehouse was generally fine, people were very nice and can keep your stuff like laptop for you. However Wifi was not great at all and we were (according to me) too many in a simple room
A great place to stay in London if you're on a budget. Definitely recommend Via Limehouse
Staff were helpful and the hostel itself was well presented. The roof leaked in the passageway, leaving puddles at the bottom of the steps. Room at Via Limehouse was clean but cramped and the laminated flooring was in a bad condition, with spaces between pieces of flooring. Breakfast could have been better, there were no plates for toast, not a lot of choice and staff didn't keep on top of cutlery, milk and glasses, which I had to ask for
I was in a 4-bed room with ensuite at Via Limehouse. For budget accommodation in London, really rather good. The rooms were clean (if cramped and basic) and the staff were helpful. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The building has an atrium and if your room is off this, then any rain is going to give you a sleepless night. (I ended up dreaming of flooding!)
