Hub House London had positives and negatives. For two nights it was a great price for London, especially as it was the weekend of the London Marathan. The bedroom and shared bathroom was a good size, well cleaned and maintained. However, our bedroom was situated on the ground floor at the back, next door to the bathroom, garden and shared kitchen. Throughout both nights (especially the first night) it was hard to sleep. Either due to the drunken talking man in the garden at 3am, the doorbell ringing about 4am or two women talking about 5am. Location wise, its only 15 minutes walking distance from Leytonstone Tube Station but don't recommend a female walking on her own in the evening

This place was actually better than expected. The room was perfectly clean and tidy, with Wi-Fi, TV and towels. A full-equipped kitchen was available for common use and I could use all the appliances with no extra charge, plus free coffee and tea. The bathroom was very clean as well. The location is quite convenient, around 10 min walk to a station on the Central Line. I am very pleased with Hub House London

The room, bathroom and kitchen were spotless and clean, comfortable beds and the room we had was large with a big window. The only down side was we bought eggs, bacon etc to make an English breakfast and could not find any pans, so had to make do with what we had. We were told later that cooking was prohibited. We can't understand the logic seeing that the advert stated self serve breakfast. Would book Hub House again

A very nice fresh clean London hotel on a quiet road in East London. Lovely bathroom. Not far from Leytonstone Station and shops too. There is no hotel sign outside . So you have to remember that it is 93 and 95 Hainhault Rd and press either buzzer. But other than that

We are a couple who stayed at Hob House London for one night over the weekend. Good location. Approx. 10 minutes walk from Leytonstone Tube Station. However, much further away from convenience shops and food shops/restaurants. Independent accommodation highly maintained. Very clean and tidy including communal areas such as the kitchen. The self-catering facility is a bonus. Staff were accommodating and speak just enough English for the purposes of communication. The only minus from our perspective relates to the proprietor's hesitancy and lack of enthusiasm in following through our confirmed reservation on arrival (i.e. asked quite a few random questions which were really unecessary)
