I will never stay here again! Small basic room, extremely dirty, filthy carpets and disgusting communal areas.

Budget accommodation in London. Location and room were fine but dirty floors, bathroom and kitchen and noise form other residents. Cheap enough but expect to get what you pay for.

This was the worst hostel which I have encountered. Squalid is an inadequate description of the state of this accommodation. Filthy dirty and poor in every sense of the word. I will never stay here again.

It was a good location and very cheap. But very basic and my room did not even have proper curtains!

The room i was given was dirty and so was the wash room. I could not even wash my hands in the sink as it was that dirty! Carpets were terrible too. 

I stayed at this accommodation for 2 nights. Its location is good as the next subway station is Stratford and lots of places to eat nearby. In terms of the place, the room was clean and however, very basic i.e. no tv or anything, just the room itself with bedding. Also, the bathrooms were not in great condition and supplied no products. Rooms For You is fine if you need it only to literally sleep and go, so it worked for my friends and I. However, not a place you want to spend too much time. You get a full kitchen and that was clean, but we did not need to use it

The owners were very friendly, and the house was in a good location, for the money your paying you cant exactly expect anything more. The rooms are clean but the bathroom isn't and they give you your own roll of toilet paper, also you get your own set of keys which is good because we wanted to go out. Also its close to the Leyton Underground Station and shops. If it's only for a few nights Rooms For You is a good place to go

We really enjoyed 3 nights stay in this London hotel, very good place near to Leyton subway. You can easily go to any corner of London and lot of food shops around and friendly staff. We wish we could stay more time

Rooms For You is quiet, peaceful and lovely house

It was nice service, and value for the money at Rooms For You. But we started out with a room that faced a freeway. And that was very noisy. I mean; that noise could shorten your life. Even with the windows closed. I am well aware of, that it's a cheap place, but it's not that cheap. The owner was very nice, and gave us another room
