The room was small but clean, with fresh towels everyday and a very delicious breakfast (not only toast but also scrambled eggs, Weetabix and other flakes). It is in a good location as only about five minutes from Westfield Shopping Centre and tube station.

Had a great nights stay at the royal hotel and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was lovely, clean and modern, and the breakfast was really nice too. Definitely will book Royal Hotel London again

On arrival we were moved to another of the hotels they owned down the road, as they were refurbishing. It was very nice, and very clean, breakfast could be slightly better organised, but on the whole, very pleasant staff and hotel

Good welcome at reception when you arrive. Very nice room, good facilities in room, nice to have a fridge. Lovely linen and very helpful staff. This room was a bargain and the hotel had the best scrambled eggs in town.

Booked into the Royal Hotel London but we were put in the Saba Hotel about 5 minutes walk way. The Saba was very clean, the staff friendly and welcoming, the room was small but again very clean. The shower room was clean, the shower quite big. The only down points were, there was a fridge in the room, which was noisy at night it also made the room very hot. The cooked breakfast was either fried or scrambled eggs but there was toast and cereals. Overall very good for the price and location close to Shepherds Bush Empire (10 minutess walk) which is why we choose it. Tube about 15 minutes away

Not a bad London B and B, comfortable bed and clean room. It was warm and everything was in working order and ideal to have a fridge. Well situated for QPR ground and tube/train stations. However, was a tad dissapointed with the 'cooked breakfast' that consisted of only two fried eggs on toast and cereals.Generally, decent value for money

Good value for money. If I was to be picky I would mention that the 'cooked' breakfast could do with a bit of variety. Hotel was a little noisy so I was grateful for a room on the back, the staff were very nice and helpful. I would use Royal Guest House again
