Good to have reception staff on hand 24 hours at Robbins Hall. Room was accommodating with self contained shower. Quiet and was able to get a good nights rest.

Very simple and basic, but also clean, everything I expected for a budget stay whilst working in the area. Good Internet in rooms via plug in. Would be nice if they could perhaps set a flat aside for people working nights as unfortunately my neighbours, also working locally were extremely noisy, I was working nights so trying to sleep days. All in all, worth every penny and will book Robbins Hall again

The room was fine and clean and the private toilet/shower was also good. The bed was nice too. I stayed there for 3 days and the internet didn't work for my computer which was disappointing. The staff did not know how to help make the internet work in my room. It took me 30 minutes to walk from Ponders End.

Robbins Hall is very nice. I really enjoyed my stay there. Only problem I had was, there is no wifi. They mentioned on their site and emails that they have internet and they really do have that. But I had no laptop with me while staying there so I couldn't use that facility
