Very disappointed. Had to wait 15 minutes for breakfast table and then told we were too late to have breakfast. Would have cancelled payment, if I hadn't have paid via debit card!

Basic in the extreme. That’s about as generous as I can be. Don’t expect anything, and you won’t be disappointed. I know it was a budget price, but frankly it was a below-budget experience.

The single good point is the location(in front of 24 bus station, travel anywhere). The bad points are: Rooms are smelly, dirty and on the top of building, without elevator(heavy for elders);rooms are small, broken furniture, bed linen wasn't change,1 towel and a minuscule soap for a week; no daily room cleaning; TV with distorted image, only 5 programs; no Internet; the breakfast room it was part of the office with computers, telephones and the breakfast? A joke-wasn't worth going downstairs for, no coffee-only soluble coffee, milk only for children, a shame! In each evening, in all the hotel is a smell of cooked Indian food with onion and garlic – book elsewhere!

A horrendous experience! I will not recommend to anyone nor go back. I booked for 2 nights, the day I arrived, I was given a room in the basement. The room was extremely small and you can hardly move around. There were no any basic needs in the room. Not even water! The worst part, after using the bathroom, the whole room start to smell like 'septic tank'! I can't even breathe! I immediately went to the reception and asked for another room. Unfortunately, no room was available and he suggest me to open the window. Heater was ok but they switch off early and I was really in cold the whole night. The next morning, I was given another room. I was not that impressed but much better from the first room. At least I was away from the 'septic tank' smell!. This time, I was suffering the whole night from 'bed bugs' and could not sleep the whole night. I woke up almost 5-6 times just to splash water on my body to get rid of the itching. As a gift, I went back home with red spots all over my body.

Basic - but clean, warm and ideal for a one night stay.

Hotel was ok considering the price we paid BUT although I slept there for one night it was a night of no-sleep as bugs were found all over the bed and woke up itching all over my body specially my neck and I just could not sleep. Apart from that it was ok.

Adequate room, adequate service. Walls are paper thin though, good luck getting a restful sleep.

I would not recommend this so called "hotel" to anyone. The room was quite small for a double room, it was very unclean with stains on the walls. The toilet was extremely small with not a lot of room to get in and out of the shower. Our bed linen wasn't changed the three days we were there and we only had one towel between us, which was not changed (I'm glad I brought some of my own with me).The breakfast was a joke, it only consisted of 2 rounds of toast and a cup of tea. Our room was on the third floor with no lift to get up or down. Staff were not overly friendly.

Get what you pay for, location good. Staff very unfriendly and our door was broken so if we were in the room and the door closed we could not open it from the inside so we were locked in. This is a major fire hazard and we had to call front desk to come let us out. They did nothing to fix the problem!

I don't know if for the same price we can get something better but we were two people and they only give us 1 towel, so we asked for a second one and hand towels, but we just got one more! Breakfast supposed to be until 9am, which we thought a bit early. Once we arrived at the kitchen at 8.50 am, and they didn't want to give us breakfast cause it was late! 10 min before the end! Finally they did!!The rooms aren't nice at all, and the bed hurts! But it’s very close to Victoria Station!
