Very good on the whole. Thought directions where to go i.e. Hope hall could have been given on instructions where to go.

Booking service (Travelstay) was excellent - our query about there being room for a travel cot was followed up whilst I waited. Signing to our building and room was poor, as were directions we were given by the porter (please hand out FIRST-generation photocopies of the campus map!) though they were otherwise very helpful and friendly. Security and spec of our room was very good but it needed redecorating including removal of a small piece of graffiti by the bed. Bed itself bowed in the middle. Room was otherwise very clean, shower was excellent. Overall it doesn't work out much cheaper than a hotel room or B&B as we were charged per person but apart from the walls it was cleaner than many we've been to.

Quiet, clean. Just what we needed. The laundry facility was good. The accommodation was adequate for our needs and reasonably priced.

Decent, modern building. About 20 minute (uphill) walk to City Centre. Helpful to learn the bus schedules. Efficient reservation process, very helpful reception staff. Biggest problem was presence of loads of unsupervised, rowdy German teenagers on some sort of school program.

Excellent location for our purposes (our son's graduation on campus) and very pleasant, clean, well serviced accommodation. Given that Pennsylvania Court is one of the latest built and has been well looked after, it is in good condition throughout. Rooms were serviced daily and with a smile and we felt at ease with the independence and privacy provided by the "non-hotel" set up. We stayed for 5 nights and out of these were woken up two by noisy students on holiday at 2 am in the morning so if you are looking for complete peace be aware that the accommodation will be rented out to students on school trips.

Basic room, clean and tidy. Tea making facilities and shower items good. Halls very quiet. Would be happy to stay again.
