I really loved staying in Palmers Lodge. Although it was in zone 2, with Jubilee line, it was close from all spots:) What I felt uncomfortable about was that there weren't many plugs in the room

For the money you spend on this hotel, you can't beat it if your on a budget. Super clean and the staff were friendly. Good breakfast and lounge area. I'd say the only downfall is that you have to take to tube to get anywhere but it's right by the station so you can get anywhere in no time!

The communal areas of the hostel wouldn't be out of place in an up-scale hotel - fantastic old building and really helpful staff. The dorms have real character and a lot more spacious that you would expect for the number of beds - you don't feel cramped at all. A unique place and certainly recommendable

I thought the hostel was very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The building was a nice old building and there was a nice common room with wi-fi. The hostel was close to get into central London with the tube station close by. My only complaint was the noise from the bar but apart from that was a nice place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Victorian building. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and breakfast was decent
