Good location and easy to access. Rooms well ventilated. Not enough bathrooms and toilets especially as it's on sharing basis. Beds are too low and no seats even in double room I stayed in

Having stayed at this hotel I am overall pleased as it is right opposite Kings Cross Underground/Train Station. The room I stayed in was very basic with no TV or tea/coffee making machine but the bed was very clean. I had two towels to use. I did though have to share the bathroom as our room did not have a toilet/shower. If there was somebody in the bathroom then there were so many other bathrooms in the hotel to use. This is a hotel which I will return to as it's a great price & does what you need...To get a nights sleep & a shower in the morning. The staff were very polite & helpful. I left my bags in a room while sightseeing for the day so I did not have to carry them round all day which the hotel did not mind me leaving them at all. They have a computer for the guests to use for the internet which costs one pound. Da Vichi's around the corner from the hotel does a great full english breakfast too. For the price very satisfied guest, thank you.

We found this hotel very clean, warm, and the staff very welcoming. I recommend this hotel. I shall hopefully stay here again in the future.

Basic accommodation, a little dirty, but warm and dry. For the price and area, good value. I would stay there again but I'm not fussy.

Located in Centre London with easy Transportation link, and friendly customer service. Hotel is highly secure and price fits your pocket

Guy on reception very friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and comfortable. Dark, gloomy, poor decoration and general cleanliness poor. Room cold no heating in November. Shared bathroom dark red walls and poor state of repair

This place is woeful. The building is in a desperate state of repair, I nearly put my foot through a floor board just walking up the stairs. The rooms are no better - no tea or coffee making facilities, no TV in room, the curtain (yes singular) on the window had holes in it and was attached to the pole via string, the light had no shade and I could see bare electrical wire, the sockets 'buzzed' when I plugged in my laptop, the showers were absolutely disgusting (when they were working which wasn't very often), the carpet was coming away from the stairs in places causing a dangerous trip hazard - the only good thing about this place was the location

Very nice staff, but extremely small room, very noisy place and very low flow of water in shower. Many better cheap hotels around

I can honestly say that the Northumberland Hotel was the worst hotel I have stayed in
