We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nayland Hotel London and would recommend it to others

Very friendly staff at Nayland Hotel London. Clean bedroom with comfy bed. Bathroom looked newly refurbished. A bargain hotel in a great part of London. Although breakfast is not a full continental breakfast, it was clearly stated on the website, so no complaints

Pleasant stay at Nayland Hotel London, very friendly staff helped out with query to get to our course and printed out route of which trains and buses to catch, parking as requested! Room was a little on the small side but we were only there one night

Staff are very polite and accommodating. The hotel was clean throughout. The only criticism is that tea or coffee making facilities were not in my room.

Excellent location Not quite convinced it is a 4 star though rooms very small, very hot on 3 rd floor at the front which was very noisy at night. No tea/coffee making facilities although for a charge we could have a tray made up. Breakfast was basic but fine and would still stay at Nayland Hotel London again but would request a room at the back of the hotel

Great location and value for money. Single room is small but was ok for one night. Because of the close proximity to neighbouring hotels I would have liked a net curtain or blind in the window as didn't really want to draw curtains and put the light on when the sun was shining. There was also a smell of stale smoke or something similar in the room. I would have expected Tea / coffee making facilities for a 4 star London hotel. Also asked for an iron on arrival and again in the evening but it couldn't be traced

Excellent price on TravelStay, great service, extremely clean and very friendly. Small rooms but this was outweighed by the hospitality.
