Based on 61 Hotel ReviewsEverything at Maitrise Hotel Maida Vale was fine / on point except for a few noticeable things: The pillows are too flat even with the two pillows provided for one person. There was no service because my room happened to be in the basement. There was only one bar soap for the hand, no refill liquid soap or shampoo as a basic amenity and lastly there should be a choice of hand held shower too and not just overhead shower.
Very warm, helpful and attentive staff! I was only there for one night and they made sure that I was comfortable! It’s also situated in the heart of everything so it’s very convenient to travel into London for business. Overall I did have a great experience :) and I would stay again!
Good service every day. Nice clean room and hotel. Employees always helpful. Price is good. Public transport and Restaurants nearby.
It was okay. The room was smaller than it appeared in the photo. Very basic, but clean and fairly comfortable. There was no bedside table on one side, so one of us had to put our phone and water on the floor. I think the room was expensive for what you got, but then I suppose it is central London.
Stayed for one night. Friendly welcome on arrival. Double room very clean. Bathroom had fantastic power shower. Great value for money. Recommend Maitrise Hotel London Maida Vale
