Very basic hotel and there was no plug for sink. Overall it could do with a bit of TLC and as an emergency it was OK but would not recommend it.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in - anywhere. The rooms were filthy and the place was crumbling and shabby. The bed looked dirty so I slept in my clothes with a hat on because the room was freezing. I couldn't sleep because there was someone banging a hammer or something outside all night. The bathroom was grubby and I just cleaned my teeth in there - I didn't like the look of the shower. The so-called breakfast was poor and basic. The tea pot wouldn't pour without splashing tea everywhere so I left without breakfast. Horrible place - don't stay there.

London Shelton Hotel was fine for the price. Friendly helpful staff and clean linen. Didn't have time to try the breakfast so couldn't comment

OK for price in London and location we needed for Alexandra Palace was great, Room did smell of smoke though

A good located cheap hotel in London with nice staff and my room was nicely heated with a good flow of hot water. But the bathroom was very dirty (mushrooms in the shower cubicle), the other guests were noisy and breakfast was late and served in a horrible room.

The first room we got had a really filthy carpet and one of the windows couldn't be closed, so the traffic noise was loud. After complaining we we're given a better room. Still we think the state of the first room was really poor for the price. There was a renervation going on and the floors were dirty on the corridors. There were no hangers to towels in the bathrooms. The bathrooms weren't well tidied. It was nice though that the staff served the breakfast to tables and the breakfast room was ok.

Very happy with our stay at London Shelton Hotel. Room was lovely, and the staff were very pleasant

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room and bathroom were filthy with loose or broken fixtures and fittings. I also did not get breakfast as the chef didn't arrive before my departure. I do not recommend this hotel and will definitely not stay again.

Hotel normale, non troppo bello ma per qualche notte va bene. Unica pecca, la colazione. Poco fornita.
