A nice hotel with clean rooms. Friendly service from hotel staff.

We stayed at the London Northwest Hotel for 3 nights. The room was very clean and had a fridge and sink and hob which was very handy. The tube and bus links are very close. I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody going to concerts at Wembley as it is very easy to get there. The bathroom was very small but had everything that you needed. Would probably say to take your own towels as they were difficult to get hold of.

This is a good budget hotel which offers a decent accommodation for the price. We've been in other places in London and we got much worse service at the same price! Our room was fitted with a little kitchen (fridge, washing machine, sink, and a 2 rings electric cooker). We didn’t use them but the fridge), was clean as were the toilet, shower and washbasin (which was minute, but the kitchen sink helped). We had no troubles with any of the facilities. The hotel is in a fairly quiet residential area and you can reach the nearest tube station (Willesden Junction on the Bakerloo line) on foot in 5 minutes. Great and abundant continental breakfast. WiFi signal was good but the connection was sometimes slow (blame BT for that). There's no daily room maid service but when we asked for new towels and bed linen we were promptly satisfied. The only downside is that it's easy to hear what's happening in other rooms, so if there's some noisy or rude people around, you're in for a disrupted sleep.

We loved our stay at Northwest Hotel! The staff was really friendly. The room was extremely clean and ours had free WiFi. The room was bigger than we thought it would be. The walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors pretty well...but besides that, no complaints!

Good price, friendly service although difficult to find (no sign), longish walk from the station and small rooms.

There is no sign saying it’s a hotel so it’s very hard to find because it’s just a house! There is no TV. There is massive vents in the room so therefore very cold! Miles away from London. Therefore my suggestion is stay away!!

The best I can say is you get what you pay for. If you set your expectations according to the price you will be fine. The single room is small but very nicely furnished and has a very comfortable bed. The shower water was consistently warm except once. Breakfast was excellent and very generous. However, there is no television and no telephone in the room. There is a wireless internet signal but it is so weak that it is unreliable. The room was very cold and had to be warmed by a space heater. It was so warm and damp the bathroom floor was still wet even 24 hours after showering. The sink water was always ice cold. Check-in time is advertised as noon but don't bother arriving before then because no one is on duty so you can't even leave your luggage. There is effectively no reception. There is no maid service. Set you expectation according to the price and you will be fine.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was fine, clean and the breakfast was good. Very near the tube station. A little bit far from London centre ( 25 minutes).
