Comfortable and friendly, with off street parking and very close to the centre of Paisley. A good place to stay for visiting in the area, but a bit difficult to find.

Unreal, fawlty towers in disguise that pretty much covers it. Rated as 3 stars no. the sheets were clean that’s about it.
