Excellent hostel. The room was clean and tidy as were the toilets and showers. The kitchen looked fine too, but I was only there for one night so didn't use it. It had a very friendly staff who helped me out by finding a towel (I hadn't planned to stay over). They were at the front desk and kept a close eye on who was coming and going, saying a friendly hello to most of the residents. The other residents were obviously longer stay (mostly students I think) and seemed nice, so the place felt very safe. Excellent quiet central location - lot's of expensive hotels nearby so obviously a popular area to stay

What a great location! And a great place! Everyone is so friendly and I had a good time. I can walk from Helen Graham to so many places, and the other guests really help me to know what's good in the area. The room was a bit small but for the price I don't mind! The bathrooms are clean but shared. It made my journey in London really good. I will definitely come back.
