Great loaction, nice room, friendly staff, would recommend Grove Hill Hotel

Lovely London b and b rooms, comfortable breakfast excellent. A great place to stay at a very reasonable price for trips to London. Only negatives where the hot water wasn't hot enough and the pillow could dowith being replaced on the beds

The lady who acted as receptionist and breakfast chef at Grove Hill Hotel was very kind and helpful in calling a taxi for me at a busy time. I fear that small B and Bs like this one will lose out to Airbnbs. The carpet on the stairs was threadbare. At times there was no hot water. The bathroom had been renovated but there was no shower except a 1930s hand held attachment on the taps. Incredible in 2017! I was cold in my room. Breakfast was fine

Staff were very friendly and welcoming room was nice with a nice bathroom. Only thing that it could do with is wi-fi and parking is poor outside the hotel. I enjoyed my stay at Grove Hill Hotel

Overall, Grove Hill Hotel was very good. Only problem was that Breakfast was from 8am.9 am. As I had to leave the hotel by 8am was not able to take breakfast

Excellent London B and B stayed there for 8 days. Very comfortable and clean. Staff very accommodating. Full English breakfast, wifi, hairdryer etc. Very close to all amenities, stores, restaurants pubs and the tube. Would definitely book Grove Hill Hotel again

This is the second time I have stayed at Grove Hill Hotel. Lovely stay as usual, very nice full English breakfast, now serving it from 8am until 9am. Room very good. Staff friendly and welcoming. Ten minute walk to tube, central line. Very good value for money. I will definitely stay there again
